The control of ratios between principal refractive indices is based on varying formulation of the coatable material and conditions of post-treatment of the coated film. We presented an oral presentation “Thin crystalline film retarders for LCD”: We have studied a new class of materials for LCD retarders produced by Cascade crystallization method.
